1. - Are you following specific measures to prevent the spread of the Covid 19 ?

We have followed every instruction established by the sanitary authorities in our country on this matter. This may be actualized depending on the situation. ​

We have reinforced our cleaning and sanitization protocols with biodegradable products certified by the Sanitary Risk Protection Federal Committee (COFEPRIS).

2. - What are your cancellation policies?

We will charge the first night 72 hours before your arrival and will not be refundable. The rest of the stay will be charged upon check in. In case of no-show 100 percent of your stay will be charged.
Our non-refundable rate will be charged upon reservation. For seasonal promotions, check for specific cancellation policies.

3.- What are your check in and check out hours?

Check in 15:00 hrs

Check out 12:00 hrs

4.- Is early check in and late check out available?

We gladly allow early check-in if the room is available upon arrival. Late checkout may be requested upon availability a night prior.
We encourage reserving in advance to secure availability.
In case you arrive before check in time we can gladly store your luggage.

5.- Is our stay charged in dollars?

Our rates are set in US dollars. However, the total amount of your stay will be charged in Mexican pesos, depending on the exchange rate on the date the transaction is made.

6.- Is breakfast included?

Yes! We offer complimentary breakfast. Seasonal fruit is sliced every morning, we make our granola and jelly and local freshly bake bread and pastries are delivered first thing from one of the most famous local bakeries. We also serve yoghurt, fruit juices, milk, coffee, tea, and Nespresso. Fore a fuller more Mexican breakfast experience, we have quesadillas, eggs and tamales, our guest´s favorite!

7.- Do you have a vegan option for breakfast?

Yes. Please let us know in advance, we will gladly offer almond milk and avocado for an extra charge.

8.- Do you have a pick-up service from/to the airport?

Yes, we offer airport transportation for guests with an additional cost. We recommend contacting us to confirm this service at least one day in advance to schedule it.

9.- Can I arrive to the property at any time?

No problem! Our front desk operates Monday through Sunday from 8am to 10pm, but our in-house security staff works 24 hours, 7 days a week. If your arrival time is past 10pm, our security staff will greet you and ask for an ID that will be returned the next morning once our reception staff goes through the check-in procedure with you.

10.- Are kids allowed?

We welcome children over the age of 12.

11.- Are you pet friendly?

Sadly no, pets aren’t allowed inside the property.

12.- Is the house accessible for people with mobility impairments?

Unfortunately, we are not wheelchair accessible and have no elevators.

13.- Can I smoke?

Most of our property is smoke-free except for our designated smoking area at the terrace.

14.- Do you have a drug policy?

Drugs consumption is prohibited inside Casa Goliana.

15.- Do you have parking?

No, but we’ll happily direct you to our closest one.

16.- Do you have a gym?

No, but there’s a fully equipped gym just across the street where you can access after buying a day pass.
